The outreach ministry’s goal is to spread the gospel to the community with various activities. Following are few of the activities.

Sunday on the Grounds –

From June – August we have our annual church picnics which we call “Sunday on the Grounds."  We have music, preaching, games, Slip -n- Slides, Moon-Walk and of course great food! 

Sunday Celebrations –

Sunday Celebrations are the first Sunday of every month.  After service we come together for a snack and enjoyable fellowship.

Bible Study-

We have an open Bible Study Class on Monday Evenings at 5:00pm, led by Pastor Woods.  However, if you are interested in a Home Bible Study we are more than happy to teach you there.  Please visit our Contact page to request a Bible Study.

Retirement Home & Jail/Prison –

Brother Lorne Birdsong currently holds a church service every Saturday at the Settler’s House Retirement Home here in La Porte and is over our Jail/Prison Ministry. He visits the Jail/Prison Inmates and assists them in any way he can. 

Canvassing –

Canvassing Ministry Members go out into the community and passing out information regarding various activities.  But their number one goal is to reach someone with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
