Pastor Chris and Mia Tomei were elected as the pastors of The Door Church at the end of 2014, with their official installation service taking place in 2015. Since then, they have faithfully led the congregation with a deep commitment to God's Word and His people.
They have a heart for prayer, missions, and seeing individuals grow in their God-given gifts. Their leadership has been marked by a passion to equip believers, cultivate spiritual maturity, and build a strong, vibrant church community. Pastor Chris and Mia are dedicated to raising up disciples who are empowered to impact their families, neighborhoods, and the nations for Christ.
With a focus on outreach and spiritual transformation, they continue to invest in the next generation of leaders, encouraging every member of the church to walk boldly in their calling and purpose.
In 2015, Dan and Sarah Anton were elected as Youth Leaders at The Door Church. That same year, they were also appointed as Section 1 Youth Directors for the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ (ALJC) in the Indiana District. With a shared passion for reaching and discipling young people, Dan and Sarah have played a vital role in fostering spiritual growth, leadership development, and unity among the youth both within the church and across the region.
Their commitment to excellence, creativity, and spiritual depth has helped shape a dynamic youth ministry focused on building strong foundations, encouraging authentic relationships with Christ, and preparing young people to be bold witnesses in their schools, communities, and beyond.

UCAN - Undivided Community Acts Network is a non-profit organization that operates under The Door Church - Laporte, IN. Our mission is to provide help to Senior Citizens, Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities and All Those in Need in our communities across Laporte County by coming together in unity with the help of volunteers, business, organizations, to help our great communities with yard clean up, and various home maintenance and more.
Our goal is simple but powerful: to create an undivided community where every person we serve is valued, supported, and encouraged.
